The process:

  • ​​​​​Receive an estimate 

  • Finalize the contract (a copy of the Plot of Survey will be required)

  • HOA approval letters will be secured by homeowners if applicable

  • Securing  the permit (John's Fence, will secure the permit if needed)

  • Once the permit is issued John's Fence, will contact JULIE DIG (811) so they can mark utilities (private lines will not be marked, e.g. sprinklers)

  • Any post hole/ footing inspections will be scheduled by John's Fence, Inc.
